The key to successful identification is having comprehensive data immediately showing the condition of the vehicle at all handover points along the distribution chain. We are then able to identify trends in damages by model, route and carrier, pinpointing the root causes and identifying the stakeholders to work with to find sustainable damage prevention solutions.

UCM Global promote the adoption of the latest generation of scanning arches, booths and handheld collection of visual inspections including high definition supporting evidence which can be transmitted in real time. We can also support implementation of such projects with practical advice gained from previous experiences.

With the global infrastructure of Bureau Veritas, we are also able to place experts ‘on the ground’ to see through remedial actions with involved stakeholders based on the reality of what a vehicle experiences as it travels to its end destination.
